Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Yunqeralo may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number supplied when the order was placed.

Returns and exchanges are handled solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that purchases made through our store are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Product prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation email. SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays arising from shipping carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans appearing through the Services remain the property of their respective owners.

Yunqeralo uses Shopify technology to provide the Services. However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Yunqeralo.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales transactions between you and Yunqeralo, including any injury, damage, or loss related to products or services purchased from us.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or relating to transactions or purchases made with Yunqeralo.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YUNQERALO, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS, OR SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING UNDER CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

THIS LIMITATION ALSO APPLIES TO CLAIMS RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN CONTENT OR LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM CONTENT OR PRODUCTS POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yunqeralo, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, payable to any third party arising from or relating to:

(1) your breach of these Terms of Service or documents incorporated by reference;
(2) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or
(3) your access to or use of the Services.

We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification. A delay in providing notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless the delay materially prejudices you.

We may manage the defense and settlement of such a claim at your expense, including selecting legal counsel, but we will not settle a claim that imposes non-monetary obligations on you without your consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.

You agree to cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will nevertheless remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Any unenforceable portion will be considered severed from these Terms of Service, and that determination will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

SECTION 19 - GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which we provide the Services will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt an informal resolution through Yunqeralo’s support channel at support@Yunqeralo.com for a period of 30 days.

Any formal dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court or seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property rights.

SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms of Service will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms of Service, together with policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in connection with the Services, represent the entire agreement and understanding between you and us regarding your use of the Services.

They replace any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals between you and us, whether oral or written, including any earlier versions of these Terms of Service.
